Make or buy in
One of the big issues for young enterprise companies is that you can either buy in or make your products. Which one is cheaper, more time effective and gives you the biggest margin, which is better quality
Company Registration
Get your young enterprise companies registered now. You only have a short period of time in which to run your company so the best thing is to get registered sooner. You can register until the end of january but if you can register at the beginning of september then you have a whole terms worth of extra time. Plus you have christmas. Christmas is a fantastic time to premote and push your young enterprise company. How about making christmas cards? or other seasonal products. Alot of companies do change their products as the year progresses, to make the best profits.
